Cheriton Baptist Church provides a variety of inspirational reading material, DVDs, and CDs that may be checked out by the public.

Our story

Cheriton Baptist Church was established in 1890.  Our history is solidly built on the Bible, the Word of God. 

The library resources have grown throughout the years by generous donations and purchases to provide quality reading and research for the local community.

Our summer hours

Our library hours change with the seasons, so check our website or front door for current days/times of openings.  Or look for our OPEN flag!

Summer Events

We are excited to provide a weekly summer event for children, teens and adults.  Make your reservation now so that we have sufficient seating and refreshments available:

       · Board (bored?) game day
· Movie day
· Crafts (card making, scrap-booking)
· Learn to knit or crochet
· Book reviews

How to register

Contact Dot Roche, 331-2059, to reserve a seat for an event or for questions.  Leave your name and phone number to receive a confirmation.

How to apply for a library card:  Fill out form provided by librarian on duty.

Late returned items:  No $ charge, but please donate canned food items which will go to food
